Hi there! My name is Cody Barr, and I’m proud to call Emigrant, Montana home, where I live with my four-legged co-pilot, Tucker. As the owner and guide of Paradise Scenic River Tours, I spend my days doing what I love most—sharing the breathtaking beauty of the Yellowstone River with visitors from around the country.
After years of floating, exploring, and experiencing the incredible scenery along the Yellowstone and surrounding rivers in southwest Montana, I founded Paradise Scenic River Tours to give others the opportunity to enjoy the same peaceful adventure. Our scenic river tours operate from early spring through late fall—typically March or April through November, depending on seasonal weather and river conditions. Each guided Yellowstone River float trip lasts approximately 2–3 hours, giving guests plenty of time to take in the views, watch for wildlife, and fully relax on the water. We’re happy to customize trips for families, couples, photographers, and small groups who want to spend more time enjoying the river.
