We were a party of four adults and wanted to do an easy, peaceful float down the Yellowstone River and this tour did not disappoint. It was very easy booking the reservation and the price was very reasonable. We arrived at our meet up point about 1/2 hour before our float time. The drive to our launching area was right around the corner. The launch into the river was seamless. Cody is a wonderful guide and was a encyclopedia of information as we asked him many questions about Montana, the Yellowstone, and surrounding areas. The river ride was very calm and we were able to take pictures, chat or just listen to the sounds of the river. The entire excursion was about 2 1/2 hours. Would highly recommend.

While he offers several river tour options, for our age and time we had to spend, the leisurely float trip was exactly what we were looking for. He's skilled, knowledgeable about the area and wildlife and truly added to our experience.

Our float was about 9 miles in length. Cody pointed out bald eagles nesting and resting in trees on the shore, osprey and 2 groups of sand hill cranes,

Wonderful float trip on the Yellowstone with Cody Barr!!...relaxing float enjoying the fall colors and great autumn weather on the river. Float trip on Cody's 16' RMR Raft was comfortable and Cody's knowledge of the river and area history was excellent. Would highly recommend the float trip for family outings and a fun time with Cody!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of taking a 3 hour scenic Yellowstone River cruise with Cody a few weeks ago. He met up with us right at Chico Hot Springs Resort where we were staying to lead us to our launch spot. The boat was spacious, stable, easy to get in and out of, and very comfortable. Cody pointed out bald eagles, osprey, jumping trout, and deer to us along the river. He picked 2 nice spots to briefly pull the boat up on shore so we could take a quick dip in the river to cool off. We got some fantastic pictures, and were sad when the 3 hours was up.
